Holly has been a member of Gloria Dei since 2004 and served a two-year term on council (2008-2010) as liaison to the Parish Life ministry team. She is currently serving as congregation president. Holly puts her enthusiasm and high energy into promoting and organizing special projects and working with other Gloria Dei gardeners as soon as the ground thaws.

Tom has worshiped at Gloria Dei since 1970 and was confirmed by Pastor Kastelle in1972. He was elected to his first council term in 2010 and is currently serving as congregation treasurer.

Matt joined Gloria Dei in 1994; his wife, Cindi, and her family had been members for a number of years. He served two terms as a council member as liaison to the Finance Ministry Team and says he “somehow got tricked into serving as treasurer” for the past several years.

Kris has been a member of Gloria Dei since 2003 and was elected to her first Council term in 2009; she was elected to the office of President the following year. She was re-elected in November 2011 and currently serves as liaison to the Social Ministry team.

Naomi was baptized and confirmed in 2010 and is serving her first term on the Council as one of two youth representatives. She wrote “I enjoy going on retreats and participating in activities within the church because of the positive influence that not only the members have but the youth. So let’s keep it all going!”

A long-time member of Gloria Dei, Sandra was elected to her first term on council in December 2011 and serves as liason to the Spiritual Life team.

Chuck, a Gloria Dei member since 2000, is serving the second year of his second term on council as liaison to Building and Grounds. During his last year on council, he will be looking for someone to step up to fill that position, although he is quick to say that he will still be very active on committees and projects that will benefit Gloria Dei.
