Education Hour for Children and Adults
Beginning August 21, 9:45 to 10:45am

Sunday School for Children
Age 4 through 6th grade

Our 2011-12 Sunday school lessons will follow the same narrative lectionary that the congregation will use in worship. This means that congregation members of all ages will be learning the same lesson on the same Sunday at their own learning level—a great way for families to experience the Bible together. We'll learn some songs, talk about being good stewards, and explore the lesson for that day through games, activities, and conversation. We are really excited about this journey, so join us on Sunday mornings!.

Let the Fun and Learning Begin!

Mission Statement: Gloria Dei strives to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere where all children are invited to experience God'’ unconditional grace and love.  Using the Bible as our foundation, we learn about our faith through stories, activities, community service, and interaction with our congregational family.

Adult Forum, Fall 2011

With the change to the Narrative Lectionary in worship, our adult classes will also be following the theme of the day.

Starting with the book of Genesis, our goal will be to work our way through to Revelation, so bring your Bibles as well as your questions and thoughts.

Join us in the adult education room at 9:45 and bring your coffee.

Mission Statement: Caring, sharing and continued spiritual growth is the focus of the Adult Forum. Gloria Dei strives to provide the opportunity to discuss a variety of issues in an open and welcoming atmosphere.  Guest speakers, congregational members, and the Pastor share in leading topic discussions. Topics are scheduled and advertised in advance through the monthly newsletter and Sunday bulletin.
